The institution based in Malaga commissioned the photographer Aitor Lara to create a photographic archive about corrida Goyesca of Pedro Romero Fair. To do this, Lara photographed this essential event of bullfighting during the first weekend in September 2009, 2010 and 2011.

Ronda Goyesca collects a selection of 57 photos in B&W in which Aitor Lara portraits the bullfight milieu. The book also contents photographies of bullfighters such as José María Manzanares, Julián López "El Juli", Migue Ángel Perea, Cayetano Rivera Ordoñez, Enrique Ponce y Sebastián Castella.

The introduction, called "Reminiscencia y sombra", it is written by Víctor Gómez Pin. Besides, a 1925 Federico García Lorca poem about a special bullfight is included.
